EE (FTTC) BrightBox 2 Help needed

Hi, New to the Forum.

I have EE (FTTC) 80Mb, What are the best settings on the BB2 Router.
Had to do a hard reset and now wired connections are very slow. Wi-Fi
is normal speed though?

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
