BT are now investigating this error which prevents some subscription services from working on a BT TV box connected to a FTTP ONT.

Hi all,
There is an ongoing investigation for the loss of multicast IP channels resulting in an IPC6023 error for FTTP customers.
As previously mentioned, rebooting the ONT will resolve the issue for a period of time and is the only known workaround at present.
This issue is being treated as a priority, apologies for the inconvience.
