Build timeline for community ultra-fast broadband

[link to this post]

An important milestone in a community lead ultra-fast broadband project is when you reach, and exceed, the targets laid out by Openreach so that it goes into the planning stage. There is obvious a lead person who Openreach makes contact with progress reports.

I would like to know how much feed back the lead person got leading up to when the service went live and whether the job was finished within 12 months (is that an aim or commitment?) Please advise.

We are in the middle of our CFP atm - we've changed a few things round to include more properties etc.

Essentially, OR will provide updates on when they've surveyd and get ready to build the project, and the CFP lead will be given regular updates from the local area manager. You may just need to push OR for updates if they don't come through!
