I hope you're well!
FTTP is very close to being activated for our property (so I'm told). However, ironically when I try to select my address on the BTW Checker, I get this error:
"Your address has been successfully matched; however we cannot determine ADSL availability at this address. Please try the Telephone Number or Postcode Checker."
I can, however, retrieve a result from the other properties within my postcode.
Is there someone I can contact to resolve this, or do you think it may be resolved when the database is updated?
