No the install fee for the fibre overhead line and the ONT. It is £24.99

Yep setup fee = install fee.

£24.99 pretty good really for a new FTTP connection. Looks like they’re charging new customers an extra fiver over that.

It's £29.99 for new customers, so you're getting a slight discount.
