Next door neighbour has FTTP but I can’t get it

[link to this post]

The neighbour directly next to me can get FTTP as they told me about it and i checked the openreach fibre checker and it says they can. We cannot get it. The rest of our road can also get it but we are left out with FTTC as most of us work from home it really isn’t good enough. Any help? Openreach doesn’t respond or help with anything really.

Sounds like a Formwize issue.

This is something we can raise with Openreach for you if you wish. A ticket can be raised via https://support.aquiss.net/en

Friend of mine had a similar problem, ended up splitting the cost with the neighbour and running a (weatherproof) network cable between the properties. Maybe a bit of a hack job, but with fttp having so much bandwidth it should be workable.

Thanks I contacted the CEO and they took me through to the head of complaints I think. But the issue was resolved and now I have FTTP coming this wednesday.
