Who are these build markings from?

Over the last month chalk markings have appeared all over my area (BN20 7TT) but I have no idea who made them.

The area currently has 3 potential causes:

Lightning Fibre - who said they don’t plan on reaching the area until Summer 2022 and it isn’t them
CityFibre - who are working the other side of town and don’t know if it is them
Openreach - who deny they is any work planned for the area

What do you all think?

You can firmly strike Openreach off your list as they don't use cabs for any FTTP services.

(and before any pedants reply about subtended OLT headends in the dales or highlands....whatever! 😎😂)
