Freedom Fibre - TalkTalk the only option?

Freedom Fibre are installing lines in my area, but it appears that TalkTalk are the only ISP available.

I've emailed Freedom Fibre on two of their 'contact us' email addresses to confirm that TalkTalk are the only ISP but I've received no reply.

Does anyone have any dealings with FreedomFibre.com? Are TalkTalk the only ISP?

Talktalk own a significant stake in Freedom Fibre.

AFAIK they are indeed the only provider available over that particular network. I wouldn't expect that to change either.
