I live in a ground door flat which has it's own front door and no door onto the stair for the flats above. So we have a different street address. The stair has had a box fitted so they can get FTTP but we cannot get it our address.
What ever process that would enable fibre into any of the flats above us could be done in our flat too but I cannot order it because our street address isn't enabled for FTTP according to the database.
What can I do?
