Road works a bit earlier.

Lots has been going on with me getting FTTP finally for myself and it’s gone through but traffic management has to happen. Just checked One.network and it’s planned for March 2022?! Is there any way to push it to be earlier because that’s quite late.

Short answer: no. These things happen at the pace they happen - sorry.

I had this happen to me with my FTTPoD install. OR found a duct was full and had to dig the carriageway in a quiet side road to lay a new one. This was classed as a "road closure", even though traffic could still get through in one direction at a time; and as a result there was a mandatory 3 month notice period to the council.

Of course, the council didn't actually *do* anything during those 3 months (like notify the neighbours that this was taking place - nope). But the process must be followed.

Oh ok. My road is also a quiet side road so I assume I won’t be able to do anything. Thanks for the help though
