Netomnia anyone know them?

I have just received in the post a letter from a company called Netomnia announcing they are going to be doing FTTP in my area. A nice surprize but never heard of them. Anyone know more about them?
They seem to be involved with You Fibre. I know from the latest Openreach rollout list my Exchange has now been added to the current rollout period. So that is also potentially good news.

Quite a substantial AltNet. They’ve developed something of a reputation for deploying via (newly erected) poles, where previously there were none, which has not made them especially popular with residents in those areas.
