Openreach installing Fibre in my road

[link to this post]

Openreach are installing Fibre outside my house as I type smile

Has anyone got experience of the likely timelines for activation/availability to the public ?

I am with Plusnet (80/20 fibre) with contract ending in May this year but happy to move to an ISP that offers FTTP if Plusnet do not.

LSHAY exchange in S London/Kent borders

TIA

If its just fibre then don't get your hopes up just yet. Much of Hayes will be covered soon but not all of it and plenty will go past homes that are not on the current plan.
If yours is then sometime in the next 3-6 months is likely

I don’t believe Plusnet currently offer an FTTP service

That is at least the 3rd FTTP launch date so no holding of breath is advised. At least Plusnet will allow a no penalty mid contract move to BT or EE FTTP when it does arrive as they are all owned by BT. But check first.

What is it with members recently asking you to look personally into their FTTP rollouts. There was a time when people waited for you to offer.
