FTTH availabiltiy map

Someone posted on TBB a really good map which showed UK fibre avaiability for an area/postcode and also overlaid roadworks from telcos to show what was under construction. However, I can't for the life of me find it. I think it was maybe called 'next gen broadband dashboard' or similar.

Does anyone know what it was, or am I dreaming?
