Ive just had BT Business FTTP 900/110 installed for my brothers small business in Cardiff. In case its relevent it was ordered with a digital phone line that wasnt required but was part of the Black Friday offer. Phone is still in the box.
The download speed seems to get to 900 consistently on most speed checkers but the upload speed seems very erratic ...20 - 280 depending on the checker
Using the provided Smarthub2...

Ping 10 Down 825 Up 240 (yes 240 )

Yesterday whilst using the TBB checker I had a lot of 4136 errors on the upload section of the speed test. When I looked it up it related to getting the required upload packets in a certain expected period
I tried the Special test Version of the TBB Speed Test
That seems more consistent and states :-
"For those who want to run a test that is more sensitive to provider congestion try this special test version."
Overall I was trying to get it to be as high/stable as possible before installing it for real.
Would anyone have any observations/suggestions?
