Any OneStresm Broadband Customers Here?

Hi,

I'm looking for some help from existing OneStream customers. I'm looking to sign up to their services but I really need to ensure the WAN IP address is a public one as I need to remotely connect to the router.

I've tried their help and they are "almost certain" that it is a public address but I wanted to see if anyone here has any knowledge of this?
