Has anyone heard of altnet Factco?

That's it really, do you use or know anything about Factco? They're a Liverpool based ISP although therir web page shows their projects mostly in the North East..I'm particularly interested in customer service.

They are rolling out to a few villages in Yorkshire.
Weldrake and building out to Elvington also. They seem to offer a fair price and also seem to be doing a reasonable job of comms with potential customers.

Not sure who they use for their backhaul but are doing as much PIA as they can it looks like.

I contacted them some years ago when I was trying to get Fibre providers to build out to the village where I live. They didn't reply at the time but ended up with KCOM investing in the area instead.
