Neighbours can get, I can't - what's that page?

See if anyone can tell me the address of the page where you can moan at Openreach that your neighbours have FTTP but you don't, before I find it!

Asking for a neighbour

Is it https://www.openreach.com/forms/fibre-broadband-avai... or is there a more specific FTTP page?

They hide it fairly well these days, but here's what you do:

1. www.openreach.com
2. click on Help > When to Contact Us
3. under the heading "Ask about fibre" click the option "contact us using this form"

This takes you to
https://www.openreach.com/forms/fibre-broadband-avai...
(EDIT: that's the page you already found)

Select from the dropdown where it says "Please tell us what your fibre broadband enquiry is about" and pick "I cannot get fibre but my neighbours can"
