Blue Dots on bidb.uk map

[link to this post]

Looking at the bidb.uk map after inputting my postcode and house number, I can see a number of blue dots.

What do these blue dots indicate? Some are FTTC cabinets, but not all such cabinets are shown. In fact the cabinet for our FTTC isn't.

My interest stems from getting a reply from Openreach after submitting a Registration of Interest Request and the reply a day later advising that, "Great news. Your area is in our plans for Ultrafast Full Fibre broadband, with speeds of up to 1Gbps."

Cheers!

You click on them and it tells you what work is being done.
I have a index on RHS to say what the colour means.

Ah! Thanks for that. I'd worked out that the Blue was for Openreach (going by some other coloured dots) but never tried clicking. blush

Cheers!

The colours can change as the key can resort. The dots and lines are clickable, but much easier on the computer with mouse/touchpad than on a tablet or phone!
