What does this note against line mean?

I'm now able to order FTTP but noticed on BT Wholesale checker that my line says:
"Our records show the following FTTP network service information for these premises:-Single Dwelling Unit Residential UG congested duct."
What does that mean please?

It means that the duct serving that premises is or may be congested.
