new cables put in chambers

[link to this post]

I have been checking online on Bidb and looking for a few months for any start by City fibre in my area, and today by chance a van had the chambers opened up and they were feeding cables from one side to the next chamber opening,
I asked the guy is it fibre and he said yes, and i said are u going to dig the road up, he said only if there is a blockage, and within half an hour they had done their job and closed chambers and went.

I am wondering how long they will take to get to next stage of connection development.

This would be the correct answer if it were Openreach. With an Altnet, It would say within a year max.

Making it so you have to request permission to view the files isn't the best way to share images.

I can access them just fine. I would say that's CityFibre looking at the purple ducting.

I think the purple stuff isn't ducting, it's a multiple fibre cable, judging by the cut end shown.

Is the yellow the duct? If so could be OR or another altnet ?
