I'm just asking if anyone has any insight as to why it has completely stalled from anyone who's worked on it in Lowestoft? CityFibre themselves are not transparent at all. They dug up all the pavements outside my house nearly a year and a half ago now and made an absolute mess of it may I add. This would be fine if they were providing a service by now, but alas, it's complete radio silence from CityFibre. I'm pretty much desperate for it as the local BT/Openreach network is quite frankly third world, and Openreach seems to have no plans for improvement until the next half of the decade! I would also add that their complete radio silence is a little insulting, as they have received public funding for the rollout from the local council which we all pay for in council taxes. Yh cant really get them to talk as they are a private company. So any insight from someone inside or former workers would be appricated. Probably about time FOI was expanded to companies if they take public funding for projects but what can ya do haha...
