FTTP due to be enabled - AAISP vs Cerberus Networks

[link to this post]

My area is due to be enabled for FTTP shortly (few weeks), even though it will take longer than that to actually take orders, but have started looking at providers. Unfortunately it's the Openreach service rather than CityFibre, so synchronous is out of the question but never say never smile CityFibre is coming though, in Phase 2 whenever that is.

Requirements for me are:
Stability (I have 4G/5G backup already so if it dies, I can still work);
Static IP - either 1, 2 or 4 IPv4;
Allow me to use my own router - pf/OPNSense is what I'm most comfortable with;
Provider with a great backhaul and can be techie with me rather than a script reader.

I've had AAISP in the past, so their my natural go to on their Home::1 10TB package but Cerberus keep popping up as well but information on them and their network is limited.

Does anybody have any experience with using Cerberus as a FTTP provider? Looking for things like backhaul details, support, general throughput experience (this is subject to routing, capacity, etc.)

I'm aware there are other providers, I have Aquiss/iDNet on my list as well, but at the moment I'd like to limit it to AAISP vs Cerberus please.

Cheers
