We supply broadband to companies that manage residential blocks of housing. We have found in several instances that the tenants are all happily using Openreach FTTP, but our customer who wants it in the management office or the common parts can only get copper services.
I am trying to understand if this is likely to be "true" - that FTTP really would be available upstairs and not downstairs, or if this is going to be an issue with Openreach's database not "knowing" that we're really talking about different parts of the same building.
For what it's worth if I check the apartment address it's on a different exchange to the concierge office.
