Truespeed website issues

Hi All,

Firstly, does anyone use Truespeed broadband?
If so, I'm wondering if anyone has encountered any issues accessing some websites?
I've come accross two - Co Op Account https://account.coop.co.uk/ and Nectar Card website, both not accessible - The CoOp website actually has a security message saying the IP (my public IP) is being blocked...
