VOIP recommendations

[link to this post]

Following on from my digital voice confusion post, I've been investigating my VOIP options.
By 'ek there are hundreds of them. Vonage seems to rank highly but before I take the (unknown) leap has anyone have any personal recommendations please.
Thanks

VoIPify https://www.voipify.net/

Been using them for years. Small UK based company, up front about charges, responsive to calls - sales and tech support. Excellent international rates.

I would recommend Voipfone
You can build your VoIP service exactly how you would like it with all the help you need from Voipfone.

+1 for Voipfone
I currently have 2 services with them.
Works smoothly, although small hiccup at first using one of the 'lines' on a mobile phone

+1 for Voipify.

At present we have both one Voipify line and a separate Sipgate Starter line running on an N300A, (which feeds six Gigaset Dect Phones but it still counts as just one phone line cost with Voipify and one phone line cost with Sipgate).

Both Voipfy and Sipgate are equally good but Sipgate Starter is no longer available to new customers.

We had considerred AAISP but the fact that AAISP insist on an open ended Direct Debit and they make you fully liable in the unlikely event that the system is hacked certainly put me off0.

With Voipify you can cap your monthly liability to them so their is no open ended risk and the Voipify prices are very competitive.
