on bt checker i've noticed if we end our address it always shows low speeds available if i wish to switch, yet my neighbour from the same pole is shown the full speed for G.Fast.
Is this because I'm with another provider for my services and not BT
BT show that I can only get Fibre 100 package through them, yet my neighbour can get Fibre 250 from them. I'm currently on G.Fast 330/50 package with another provider, so surely they should be able to show Fibre 250 for me if I wish to switch?
