Contact for F&W build team

[link to this post]

F&W are currently building in my town (Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire), but judging by preorder avaliablity my road is not in scope, but neighbouring roads are. This isn't surprising, as I live on a private road.

The land is owned by the residents - and as a group we'd welcome F&W to build and would be happy to sign a wayleave as our existing internet is very slow.

I can't find a means of getting in touch with F&W to arrange this however - emails go unanswered, and the call centre didn't understand my request.

Does anyone have a point of contact at F&W who could we could work with to arrange the wayleave?

Interesting. I live on a private road and F&W just laid down out street without asking. Swish Fibre though did ask for a Wayleave.

I think F&W are building on behalf of Hey Broadband. Perhaps contact them.

They have been using BT ducts and poles in the area.

https://bidb.uk/ this shows Hey! is planned

There's also longish thread for Hey! https://forums.thinkbroadband.com/unhappiness/t/4731...

The town isn't on Openreach plans at the moment. Perhaps register your interest. https://www.openreach.com/broadband-network/fibre-av... I'm not sure whether this will move the town up the list for FTTP.
