Zen FTTP Slow Upload Speeds

[link to this post]

Zen 300/50 FTTP connection
Nokia ONT (2.5Gbit model)
Fritz!Box 7530 AX (running version 7.80)

Zen has said our downstream is 300Mbit and our upstream speed is up to 50Mbit. For speed tests, I am using a Microsoft Surface Laptop 4 running Windows 10, connected via a USB-C Gigabit Ethernet adapter.

ThinkBroadband speed test results:

SpeedTest.net speed test results:

https://www.speedtest.net/my-result/d/1b9db6ef-ee8a-...

On my Xbox Series S which is connected via Ethernet, running a speed test, the downstream speed is around 300Mbit but the upstream is always between 8Mbit and 12Mbit, and the packet loss is either 1% or 2%, and the ping is between 20ms and 50ms.

I have had a ticket open with Zen since October 2023. They have sent Openreach out 7 times, and each time Openreach has done something different:

Replaced cable between ONT and CSP
Replaced Nokia ONT (was 1Gbit model, now 2.5Gbit model)
Checked CBT in the manhole
CableLink firmware upgrades and other changes in the exchange

I am connected to the Ellesmere Port exchange and the PoP gateway is usually either IXN-LON or THN-LON. Zen has said they have a special configuration for customers with the Nokia ONT that routes traffic differently.

Zen has said there are other Zen customers connected to the same exchange with the same level of packet loss as our connection.

However, my parents also has a Zen FTTP connection, albeit they're connected to the Neston exchange. They're only about 10 miles from me, and their PoP gateway is WH-MAN, which makes sense as Manchester is closer to us than London, but that's just how the CableLinks are configured so I'm told. However, running the same speed tests on the same hardware at my parents house, I get the full downstream and upstream speed with 0% packet loss every time. They're also using a Fritz!Box 7530 AX, but they have a Huawei ONT.

I don't know what else I can do my end and Zen has said they are now running out of options.

Any ideas what could be the problem or what I can try next?
