I sometimes receive a bill and money gets taken by direct debit from my account. Sometimes I don't get a bill and money is not taken - in such a case I call them up and they usually send a bill in the next few days and the money gets taken three or so days later.
Late last year they didn't send a bill for two months despite me chasing them almost weekly until they finally sent a bill to cover that two month period.
I'm kind of getting tired of chasing them now and I suppose it is their problem if they don't collect their money. However, I just don't want to be in a situation where this becomes a problem for my account.
It would be useful to know if anyone has had similar issues with Community Fibre billing or if this is something affecting only my account.
