Fibre Install changed to not yet available with no plans

Up until end of July the Openreach fibre checker was on step 2/4 and stating planned by Dec 2026.

It now shows as 'Not yet available' and if click on learn more, it now reports they have no plans ton install our area.

Does that mean OR have decided to cancel our upgrades and we're all stuck on our current speeds unable to change our current provider or to a better package without dropping speeds, and unlikely now to see any fibre install until 2027 at the earliest?
