City Fibre

Hi,
City Fibre installed the wires on our street about 6 weeks ago via BT poles, they took it from the pole at the start to the others via overhead cable.

On the CF website the first houses connected to the first pole are showing live and able to order, none of the other houses are, does this mean they need to come back to hook the overhead wires to the other poles or a system glitche?

I would try and message them on Twitter/X

If you don't want to do that or they are no help you will have to ask your chosen ISP if they can find out what's going on.
