Fibre Assets Ltd

Hi. I've noticed a bunch of works appear in my area listed as Fibre Assets Ltd. There's already Fibre Heroes, Nexfibre and Gigaclear in the area. It looks like they own Connect Fibre ISP, so are they likely to be installing another new network or might they be a contractor for one of the already existing networks?

According to the most recent accounts at Companies House they own a fibre network and have assets under construction, which suggests to me that they are unlikely to be contractors.
