I'm new here, happy new year.
I have a quick question. I am due to move this week. The new place is classed as MDU and my flat is the only one without fibre unlimited, in fact, the whole postcode has it! The landlord has given permission and has filled out an Expression of Interest form.
However, I was wondering if any of you had experience of this and could let me know how long it takes for BTOpenreach's MDU Delivery Assurance Team to get things moving.
It's been over a month and the only contact the Landlord has had is an acknowledgment and "we'll be in touch asap, etc"
I realise I'm being impatient, but I'm just curious on the turnaround.
