City Fibre infrastructure was installed here (Leicester) in 2021.
I was interested to see both CF contractors and Openreach undertaking groundworks in the area.
I realised that the CF contractor was making a connection between a toby and a residence.
Today I saw evidence of ducts having been installed between the original distribution cabinet and the adjoining FTTC cabinet and the nearby duct chambers, which explains the OR works. A duct has also been installed to a nearby residence but I didn't look to see if there was a toby hidden in the grass on the verge; that order might have triggered the works near the cabinets and chambers..
