zen-complaint procedure

I recently had cause to complain to Zen (no need for details) and the manner in which it was handled was exemplary.
Communication, both written and on the telephone was timely, courteous and constructive.
Whilst having to complain is not ideal the handling of it will ensure I stay with Zen for the foreseeable future.
The complaint was resolved amicably and quickly.
