Does Openreach FTTP come with Openreach DLM (Dynamic Line Management) is the Openreach system used to monitor and control the speed / stability of FTTC circuits?

DLM is their to manage the many issues with copper lines like the length and the induced noise but on fibre those are not issues.

Doesn't need it, as the connection runs at the speed you choose and pay for.

Unlike DSL that is "up to" because it has to work with very old and rubbish copper of different lengths and different number of joins.
