Summary Orange Broadband Unlimited

Hi, ive been with freeserve then wanadoo. I am now well out of my 12 month contract with wanadoo and am looking to switch. The orange Broadband Unlimited offer looks really good. As with most companies their website is a mess and its hard to find a good summary of the important information. Before I switch can you guys check this...

In summary for

You can only get the upto 8Mb MAXDSL if you are on an Orange LLU exchange, ie. if you are paying BT for line rental you can only get fixed speed services.

Orange broadband is

My account page is now reporting that I could get 5.5 Meg (with a change of package) but my exchange has NO LLU equipment in it.

is their tech help line still 50p per min tho ?

But I just checked their website for my line again and it now says I could get 4.5Mb so it looks like they have changed available packages this week. Their mobile plus broadband package is starting to look tempting.
