Aye - you either pay 14.99 or 19.99 - livebox rental is inclusive. Obviously, they want it back if you leave!

Does this mean that you keep your BT number for the VOIP calls as well?

I'd also like to use VOIP without the Livebox. I can't get the Livebox to work in wireless mode, it simply doesn't seem to have the range (despite only being 30 ft from my PC) therefore I've had to go back to using my old wireless modem that works perfectly.
Of course that no means that I can't use the Livebox for VOIP!

If you turn off DHCP and the ADSL connection on your old router and plug it into the back of the LiveBox you'll have the best of both worlds

You're a genius Sheets, an absolute genius!

They actually give you a new 0845 number which you access by plugging a phone into the Livebox; On the Max or Unlimited package it gives you free calls to 01 or 02 numbers 24/7;on the Plus package its just w/ends and evenings.
