"a new 12 month contract from the date your speed change has completed"

Your current broadband speed is:2Meg
You can upgrade up to:8Meg
Upgrade cost:free

Changing your speed means you'll be starting a new 12 month contract from the date your speed change has completed. We'll email you to confirm the change.

Remember!
Not all phone lines can deliver the speed quoted. But we'll automatically give you the highest speed your line can support.

lol i wonder how long the upgrade will take, and i thought Orange would upgrade us automatically, to me it seems like we have to do it ourselves?

That's interesting that they're making you lock into a new 12 month contract - we upgraded all of the customers who were interested on the MAX 2Mb product to the up to 8Mb months ago with no further contractual obligation or fee. I wonder what their rationale is?

Kind regards,
Samara

You can get on to the "My Account" section? - I've been trying for the last 10 days with no success. Orange just keep telling me they are working on the problem.

Do you have any magical tips for logging in?

lol My Account was working fine, all i suggest is that you get all the email address and password cases right because Orange are case sensitive. iv just checked to see if iv been upgraded but my order is still being processed so i guess it has not been done yet, my last speed upgrade took 2 days for me.

Good luck mate - the last time Orange did anything for me ("Good News etc.etc.") my telephone line (voice and data) was completely out of service for 10 days.
