As per the topic title - yes, I need a vent!
I managed to escape the wonderful world of Orange Broadband by exercising my rights under the recent T&C changes.
However, only after a complaint to the ISPA did they even respond. Well, by respond I mean by when I checked the BT tracker I noticed that a Cease request has been placed on the line! I specifically sent in all 3 letters sent that I wanted a MAC code to be issued, yet they do not seem to have the intelligence to do this!
I phoned up Orange today and the response was "The line will be ceased on the 24th November, we can't do anything about it." Not even an apology! So now I've got to foot the
