Awaiting Delivery!

Anyone else have trouble getting Orange to deliver the equipment for unlimited broadband? I have now been waiting five weeks. They have passed both delivery dates they gave me. Is this normal? Should I just cancel and look for a diferent ISP for broadband? (Any recomendations please?)

I know there are delays however I am sure that it shouldn't be five weeks late. I was quoted working days but I received a call from CS to say that it was going to be a few days late (it took 13 working days). All I can suggest is give CS a call and confirm again.

Eventually arrived about 1800hrs last night! Install CD did not work. After about 5mins wait to get through to their helpline they were very helpful and all now seems okay.
