speed upgrade on max

[link to this post]

i was apparently being limited to around 4mbps despite being on "up to 8mb" and my line stats being A1.

Ive now been "upgraded" as it were to 6.5mbps (still not quite up to 8mb), but better..

anyone at orange know of these restrictions they put on the speed??

Steve

This helps in establishing the best speed you can have before any problems occur, ie, disconnections and so on. better to have a 6.5mb 100% stable connection rather than a 7.5mb connection that drops everytime you start to surf or download.

Joe.
