orange broadband package with unlimited calls

i would like to know the low down between orange and talk talk.

my reason for these two is the unlimited international calls although orange use voip,
but which is the leser of the 2 evils.

please post and let me know ur thoughts as i am new to broadband and am considering one or the other....
