My sister manages her orange email account using the web mail features, never using an e mail client. Over Christmas I tried to set up her account to work via Outlook 2000 as well. When we first connected via Outlook it downloaded all of her 150 previous emails without any problem and left a copy of them on the server also (which I wanted it to do) However, on subsequent attempts to download new e mails Outlook also started to download all the previous e mails again. Presumably I need to change a setting somewhere, but is this in Outlook or an Orange e mail setting.
