If a retentions agent can send you away without cancelling, they have just made a save and some commission, off your back. I'm sure theyre very happy.

get in touch again.................If you wish to migrate to another ISP using a mac code then the 'tag' (broadband) on the line would not prevent this.

Regrade going through on your account? He didn't tell you what? Call again.

I think you should be able to access your account via the Orange home page which may be able to give you some info (if t's working)

Is your exchange going to be LLU'D by Orange? That might be the "upgrade"
