Download Speed Reduction

Anyone having problems with reduced download speeds. My unlimited package speed has reduced from more 6 Mb/s to LESS THAN 1.0 Mb/s in the last couple of days. The router info is speed from exchange is only 1824 Kb/s. Is there a problem at Orange, can't get through to their tech help.

It appears my problem could be with the BT line. I have now lost my phone line and BT have checked it to find there is a fault on the line "outside my house" which they will repair on Tues 16th.
Hope this fixes the speed problem.
