Email and Outlook

I've just got connected and have Outlook 2003 set up for email OK and receiving fine. However, I need to set up a mailbox in Outlook 2003 for the wife, on her machine, and the only instructions I can see for multiple addresses are for Outlook Express. Can I do this in Outlook and if so, how?

plusnet occasionally up to 4MB urban connection. And soon to be Orange (hopefully!)

Nobody got any clues? Looks like I'll have to use a 3rd party email account for her.
