Qualifying International Calls.

[link to this post]

Hi,

i am wondering how Orange charge for calls international cell phones? I have searched their pricing policy and there is nothing on this... my current UK mobile provider classes the charges to USA cell phones the same as landlines at 10p/min.

Just wondering if these calls are free or chargable and where i can find this?

I'd expect them to be inclusive i the international calls, as they are routed to the foreign network, then routed internally to the mobile itself. There may be a charge on their end to receive international calls too.

Hi,
I think there's a charge, please take a look at this document:
http://download.orange.co.uk/talk/talkpricelist/international.pdf

There seem to be three International Mobile rates: A, B and C
I think USA mobile is rate A (20p per minute at any time)- but best double check this yourself.
