Turnaround on placing new order/installation

Hi,

I've decided to ditch MyNow (wireless DSL. Too slow, disconnects every hour, etc), so am having a BT line installed and going for Orange's free service. I know a lot of you have had problems but it'll still be twice as quick as Now and is essentially free. You get what you pay for, etc.

Are they quick to process new orders and send out the Livebox? How long did yours take to arrive after ordering?
