hi just a quick note to ne 1 who is thinking of joining orange broadband
DONT bother, the service speeds and customer service are a joke,
Ive had orange since november and im constanly on the phone cause my speeds are up and down like a yoyo, here is an example last month i got 4mb for about 3 hrs and since its been around 88kb down load which is a joke,
phoned customer services again and they said they have a problem with there end and its been on going for 2 months.
i wanted to cancel my contract and they told me they wud disconnect it while i was on the phone and that i will be charged
